We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for account restoration, after which it will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for an additional period as part of our disaster recovery procedures.
