Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Business Detonator LLC issues refunds for subscriptions and services. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period, and no charges are made. The trial gives you full access to your selected plan at no cost. If you do not add payment information before the trial ends, your account will be suspended — not charged.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

We encourage you to cancel before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You can do this at any time from your account dashboard.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and renew annually.

  • 30-day refund window: If you are unsatisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial annual purchase. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after refund window: You may cancel an annual subscription at any time after the 30-day window, but no refund will be issued. Your access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
  • Renewals: Refunds are not available for annual renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew.

4. Setup and Onboarding Fees

Any one-time setup fees or concierge onboarding fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. If onboarding has not yet started, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

5. Add-On Services

Monthly add-ons (Competitor Intel, Trend Scanner, Social Reel Pack, etc.) follow the same policy as monthly subscriptions: non-refundable once the billing period has begun, cancel anytime before the next renewal.

6. Exceptions: Technical Failure

If a verified technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing or using the core features of the Service for a sustained period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period. To request a credit under this exception, please contact us at contact us with details of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
